INTERNET HOURS

On the web, we are open 24/7 of course - but our online lily catalog will only be found active during our bulb order/shipping seasons. In Spring, this will be anywhere from December to April 30, and for Fall bulb orders anywhere from mid June to September 30. Sorry the start dates of each season are so vague, but it is difficult to nail down a date each year when the lily bulb catalog is ready for release as we must rely on others to have their act together too - like Canada Post as we must update shipping rates. If they have not released new rates for the new year by December 1, our Spring lily bulb catalog is delayed until they do.

bagged bulbsWe guarantee all lily bulbs to be true to name. If yours blooms other than what it should be, please contact us and we will gladly replace it with the correct variety, a credit or a selection of your choice if it is no longer available.

Please note our shipping policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.  This is due to the volatile pricing of shipping inside and outside of Canada and the exorbitant prices sometimes charged!

It's kind of crazy that it takes longer for a package to get to the other side of Canada or somewhere in the US than it does to get to the United Kingdom for instance.  Another peeve of mine is that it costs MORE to send a package to Camrose, AB from my local PO than it does to send the same package to Saskatoon, SK.  Like I said, crazy!
