Yes, we do sell wholesale lily bulbs - but you may be disappointed to know that not every item in the catalog, nor a great deal of the lilies we grow are available on our wholesale lists. In general, if we have items listed in our online catalog in the **BULK** category those items would be found on the current wholesale list as well, and perhaps a few others not found there. Pricing is different from that found in our online **BULK** category.
Typically we sell wholesale to a number of lily societies located across North America, as well as retail garden centres and greenhouses across the Prairies and B.C.
Fundraising options are available for groups and organizations who may be interested - our rates and services are very competitive with the larger companies who offer the same option, but we're certain our personal customer service will far exceed theirs!
• Minimum orders, $150.00 per shipment. Minimum quantities of 10 per variety required, except for Lily Societies.
• We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Master Card or American Express as payment. Payment in full must be received prior to shipping with exception of Lily Societies.
• Orders are filled in the order received, we advise you to place orders early to avoid disappointment. We accept orders via phone, fax, email or regular mail.
• Last date to order varies by season - typically mid March for Spring shipment and mid September for Fall shipment. All wholesale orders will ship in the first week of the current shipping schedule but we do our best to accommodate your preferred ship date.
• Orders are shipped Xpresspost (guaranteed delivery 2-5 days Canada or USA), and billed at actual cost at the time of shipping or Greyhound Bus Collect. If paying by cheque or cash we will include an invoice for shipping with the order, otherwise it will be included on your sales receipt.
• US customers must pay for a $15.00 phytosanitary certificate fee in addition to regular shipping charges.
• Bulbs are packed bulk in poly bags in vermiculite, with a label on the outside to indicate variety details. Individual bulb labeling/packaging is available for an extra charge of $1.00 per bulb. We will print labels exactly as done for our retail sales, omitting our company header & address. Pot tags/stakes may or may not be available depending on variety, cost is .20 cents each - please inquire if these are needed.
• We do NOT substitute unless you indicate it is acceptable. Orders for varieties sold out are considered canceled unless you provide names of acceptable substitutes. If 50% or more of varieties you ordered are unavailable, we will call you to ensure you still wish to receive the balance of the order.
• We guarantee bulbs to be true to name.
• We reserve the right to cancel any/all orders in part or in their entirety due to conditions beyond our control.
