Although the official registry says this is an orange-red with a flush of purple at the tips, I find it to be a creamy pink with dusty rose tips, and the beautiful marbled spotting of lankongense shows well. Downfacing, heavily recurved flowers are very floriferous and scented! Blooms in July, growing to 1.8 M tall under good conditions, but averages about 1.4 M.
