Large clear, unspotted lily blooms open as lime green with yellow tones under cool conditions but expect them to fade to cream white. Brown pollen on unspotted flowers is stark in contrast. Lightly fragrant, grows to 1.3 M tall. Displays hairy buds before the flowers open.
Please note that the above description is based on the official registration information, however if you google this lily you will come across more photos from others who also sell it and it is depicted as a brilliant yellow with a lime green throat instead of the overall pale color frequently seen on the hybridizers images.
The first stock of this hybrid we received bloomed out huge, vivid NON fading yellow lily blooms with a lime green throat, just as seen on may other sites when googling! I have ordered this variety repeatedly from various distributors and in every case I have received the variety depicted here rather than a variety which matches the RHS description and an official photo of the hybrid from the hybridizer. Regardless, this is an incredibly strong lily in the garden and blooms profusely, so even if it is not a match to the RHS official description it is still more than worthy for the garden in my opinion...and, what we ship to you is exactly what is depicted in the image beside this description.
