As of 2018 we are no longer able to process credit card payments manually, which means we cannot accept your card number over the phone.
If you wish to pay by credit card you must complete your order and payment online. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
You can still send us a personal cheque or money order by mail. But I highly recommend you place the order online to reserve your order, lest some of it sell out before we receive an order sent by mail. We are unable to accept US checks or money orders.
Pay careful attention at checkout for the details and review your order invoice which also notes the process to follow when sending payment by mail.
INTERAC E-TRANSFER (CANADA ONLY)
In Spring 2014 we started to accept payment by email money transfer. For those who distrust online payment processes this is your answer, since all security aspects are carried out by your own bank.
Interac E-transfer is a safe and secure payment method. All major banks across Canada support Interac e-transfers. You can see a list of all banks that support e-transfers and learn everything about it on the Interac web site. The best thing about using interac e-transfer is that it is secured and guaranteed by your own bank, making it one of the safest methods of payment available anywhere on the internet.
Just follow these easy steps to send your payment:
- Login to your online bank
- Select the option to 'email money transfer' or 'e-transfer' usually found in the transfer/payment menu
- Refer to your order confirmation/invoice for the payment recipient email address - that's the address you will be sending to.
- Create a security question (can be anything you like but pay attention to the next line regarding the answer!)
- Use your order number exactly as it appears on your confirmation as the ANSWER to the security question.
- Again, ensure the security question ANSWER is your order number, exactly as it appears on your email order confirmation or online printable invoice when logged into your account.
- Send the transfer from your online bank account. That's it, your done!

PAYPAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We can accept American Express, Master Card and Visa credit card payments for online orders. PayPal has evolved into a full-fledged bank over the years with all the convenience (and more) as our traditional banks. For this reason, we've chosen PayPal as our payment processor in all cases for many years now, which means there are more card options for you in addition to those named here. If you prefer to use a different card type, select PayPal as your payment method and then choose the card type you prefer.
*You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal as payment!
All orders are charged to your credit card immediately upon receipt. Although we dislike applying charges before the order is packed and ready to ship, it has become necessary, as our inventory gets messed up quite quickly when we are adding and subtracting items continually due to customer payments being declined at the time of shipping. If refunds are necessary at shipping time, we will refund the amount back to your credit card at that time. All charges on your statement appear with the trade name of Valley K Lily Ranch.
Another thing you should be aware of is that we have no access to your card details at all - not a single digit, expiry date or security code is revealed to us. All we know is the amount, what type of card, and whether the payment was successful - that's it. It means one less person who's had access to your information and it also means you and I both have less to worry about in regards to security and credit card abuse, especially given the internet hacks that go on these days. No database full of card details exists here, nor are emails generated with them to compromise the data. I like that, and you should too!
There is just one drawback to this though - phone orders and/or accepting card information by phone is no longer possible and we can't process order add-ons separately, as of January 1, 2019. If you wish to add to your order you will need to place another order. We give you a CODE in order confirmations to use for this purpose, which eliminates a shipping charge added to the add-on. Look for it towards the bottom of your order confirmation.
We also have integrated PAYPAL Express payments with the shopping cart system. This can be selected from the payment method page within our online catalog when checking out.
PAYPAL is a quick and secure way to pay for your purchases made online with a credit card or from your bank account. Did you know you can make payments from your chequing or savings account with PAYPAL? (just like using your ATM card) You DO NOT need a PAYPAL account to send us a payment, but you may need that account if you plan to use your bank account as the source of funds. If you already have a PAYPAL account, then you already know all the benefits and options!
