This Fellner hybrid keeps on blooming no matter what the weather throws at it! Stems get so top-heavy with flowers I have to stake them, but only where the soil is sandy and wind tends to rock the stems back and forth. Grows average 1M tall with a long, long bloom period starting mid to late July and extending in to first week of August. Flowers are fade resistant, although not as large flowered as other asiatics the quantity it produces will floor you! Best decscribed as fire engine red, with a darker red and some red spotting surrounding the frosted throat. Reproduces very well on its own.
